TLC CARING HANDS is a 24 hours private nursing healthcare services provider with accreditation and relevant certification in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. We have the capacity to provide a full range of general and specialized healthcare services in the hospital and at home. The main objective of TLC Caring Hands is to ensure individualized care is provided for patients of all disciplines and ages. The patients will receive dedicated care within a safe and comfortable environment.

TLC Caring Hands healthcare personnel fully comply with stringent healthcare protocols. We provide quality and safe care through clinical leadership in nursing practice. HOW WE OPERATE?

TLC Caring Hands receives patients via hospital and family referral. An assessment on the patient’s needs is done prior to providing services in the hospital or at home. Healthcare personnel are assigned according to the patient’s daily needs. When a patient is discharged from the hospital, the same level of comfort and care is provided for the patient at home.

TLC Caring Hands also assists in the placement of (elderly) patients at suitable, well equipped and facilitated elderly homes. This is an alternative that is available for families looking for continuous elderly care support for their loved ones.

We have established emergency protocols with Hospitals and Clinics, including ambulance services to prioritize the safety and well-being of our patients.
