OWNER & ADMINISTRATOR
PARAMESWARY A/P PERMAL @ GANESAN (“PARAMES”) is the Owner & Administrator of TLC Caring Hands. She has 23 years of nursing background with various academic and training achievements. She also has experience managing a nursing home in Kuala Lumpur.
Parames graduated with a Diploma in Nursing in 1995. She then began her career as staff nurse at Ramsay Sime Darby Health Care Subang Jaya (SJMC). During this period, she went on to acquire higher certifications in Peri-operative Nursing (OT) and Oncology Nursing (Cancer). Following which she pursued her nursing career abroad.
After serving 13 years as a staff nurse, Parames became involved in clinical teaching. She was appointed as the Clinical nurse specialist at a leading hospital in Kuala Lumpur. After 10 years in the field of teaching, she embarked on her passion to care for the elderly. She had experienced managing a nursing home in Kuala Lumpur.
In 2018 she established TLC Caring Hands - an organization that not only represents Parames 23 years of nursing expertise and experience but her love and affection towards the elderly. She personally involves in patient assessment and monitoring; placement and patient matching functions and counselling for both patients and families. Today, her team of staff nurses and caregivers are highly capable and possess the credentials to fully perform their tasks with the same love and passion.
Ms. Sofee Mohamed Akhlak
ADVISOR
SOFEE AKHLAK was mould to be a nurse back in year 1994 and was awarded a Diploma in Nursing in year 1997. She further specialized herself in the discipline of Oncology and obtained a Certificate in Oncology in year 2001.
After a decade of clinical experience employed by Sime Darby, she developed her passion in teaching which had motivated her to pursue her degree and was awarded a Degree in Nursing Sciences majoring in teaching by University Malaya in 2008.
She began her teaching carrier as a Nursing Lecturer at Sunway University since then and currently is serving for UiTM Puncak Alam. Besides teaching, she is also involved in external consultation being the Academic Advisor for the Oncology Nursing program offered by Sime Ramsay Health Care College.
Her research interest focuses on multiple aspects of patient care pertaining to cancer and its treatment.
Mr. Adrian
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Mr. Adrian is a dedicated physiotherapist with 12 years of experience in the field. Graduating in 2013 with a Diploma in Physiotherapy and BSc (Hons) in Applied Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy) in 2019, Adrian has vast experience in various aspects of physiotherapy, including musculoskeletal, geriatrics, stroke rehabilitation, spine conditions, post-operative procedures, as well as sports rehabilitation. Mr. Adrian is passionate and dedicated in ensuring the best treatment plans suited for his patients, and works hard to achieve their personal goals. He is also a firm believer in correcting the root cause of his patients' conditions, which further ensures the best recovery for them.
